Consulting
When advice, expertise, and strategies for success are needed, I can provide the experience and guidance to focus support needed for change. I am skilled at knowing how to respectfully integrate a high level of expertise into an organization in order to achieve successful outcomes.

 Facilitation
As a strong facilitator I can make group work more productive, engaging, and effective by bringing out the strengths of the individuals and build a collaborative team.

 Training
Developing new skills and proficiencies in areas such as PBIS , Restorative Justice, and effective change conversations will enable you to create a culture of positive change. I conduct training for students, teachers, and education leaders.

Coaching is a valuable tool to help teachers and leaders involved in improving education understand where they are, what is blocking forward progress, and where they want to go professionally to be more effective. Challenging times call for educators to create the time and space to make careful decisions.
